World renowned Chef Hans-Peter Hager was the original chef and creator of Laurence Rockefeller's famed Mauna Kea Beach Hotel & Restaurant on the Big Island of Hawaii. After opening several other "Rock" resorts and the Mauna Lani Hotel, Hans-Peter decided to open his now famous Edelweiss Restaurant in Waimea, Hawaii. Edelweiss soon became known as the best restaurant on the Big Island, not only for the great continental entrees but also for his fabulous dressings and sauces! Edelweiss Dressings were introduced commercially in Hawaii about five years ago.
